I just updated my “myfitnesspal” settings to “maintain my current weight”…that is so scary to me for some reason.
I have always either been gaining weight or losing weight (rapidly in either direction), for the past few decades my life has been a constant game of yoyo where that is concerned.
I have lost all of the 91lb regain, and I can get on my horse, fit in my saddle etc, which was the motivation and goal all along…I don’t want to keep losing right now. I want/need to maintain my current weight for a solid year…after which I may or may not get a consult for arm/thigh surgery…ugh.
Here’s to maintaining, not gaining.
