Sometimes I like it Quick & Easy

As I get closer to my goal and the weight is coming off slower, and experimentation with various foods continues, I am still finding that Lean Quisine is a good “stay on track” option for me.

They have some low cal, lower carb options, and even though I can’t eat a whole one, they do satisfy, and taste good.
